We have two main options for our IT support service, our Full Outsourcing service, and a Support and Supply service.
Andach will take on the full function of your IT team. We take on management of your servers, Active Directory implementation, hardware and software installation.
We also take control of WiFi and office networking, running new ethernet ports where necessary, and a secure VPN connection to your servers from our office.

Support and supply
Under our Support and Supply service, we assist your existing IT team with a second line support service – agreeing SLAs and times between us.
Your existing IT team will use us as a source of knowledge and advice – we’ll support them as needed and supply servers, PCs, laptops and other hardware.
We keep our hardware uncomplicated, and don’t supply hundreds of different components and configuration. This means that when something goes wrong, we can replace or repair hardware easily.
Our support service isn’t a “one size fits all” system. Depending on your company size, number of computers, complexity of security and physical locations, we’ll come to a custom quote for services to suit you.
